No. EcoMerch currently serves customers within the continental United States only, ensuring fast delivery and U.S.-based customer support.

2. Ordering & Payment

Q4: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favorite T-shirts to the cart, and follow the checkout process.
You will receive an order confirmation email after payment is completed.

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment options for your convenience:

Yes. You can cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of purchase if it has not entered production or shipping.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q8: Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the continental United States only.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Q9: How long will my order take to ship?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days after processing.

Q10: Which carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, based on supplier location and delivery efficiency.

Q11: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Q12: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Q13: Do you offer expedited or express shipping?
Not at this time. We currently provide Standard Shipping only to keep costs low.

Q14: What if my order is delayed?
Carrier delays, severe weather, or holidays may occasionally extend delivery times.
We will notify you by email if a significant delay is expected.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused and unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached, and free from stains, odors, or alterations.

Q16: How do I start a return?

Returns must be pre-approved before shipping.

Q17: Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • Exceptions: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost.

Yes. You can exchange an item by returning it for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement.

Yes. The following cannot be returned:

No. You can check out as a guest.
