Warranty Coverage

EcoMerch LLC provides a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery on all apparel and blank products purchased directly from retail.milltex.co.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty stitching, defective seams, incorrect labeling)
  • Material defects (e.g., fabric flaws, premature tearing not caused by misuse)
  • Fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or item shipped)

If your product is found to be defective under this warranty, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, shrinking, pilling, or general deterioration from use/washing)
  • Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care (always follow care label instructions)
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or alterations by the customer
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or unauthorized resellers
  • Clearance, final-sale, or customized/personalized items

Duration of Warranty

  • The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email ecom@milltex.co with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos or videos showing the defect.
  3. Evaluation: Our quality control team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
  4. Resolution:
    • If the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • If the claim is denied (e.g., due to exclusions), we will inform you with a clear explanation.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • For valid warranty claims, EcoMerch LLC covers all shipping costs for replacements or returns.
  • For invalid claims or items outside warranty coverage, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

  • EcoMerch LLC’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of use, inconvenience, or commercial loss.
