1. General Shipping Information
EcoMerch LLC is committed to providing clear and reliable shipping services to our customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
- Shipping Availability: We currently ship within the continental United States only.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. Boxes.
- Carriers: Shipments are handled by reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The carrier will be determined based on supplier location and delivery efficiency.
2. Order cut-off & Processing Times
- Order cut-off Time: Our cut-off time is 4:00 PM, (Mon-Fri), (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.
- Processing Window: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Processing is done Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
- Confirmation: Customers receive an email notification once an order is confirmed and again when it is shipped.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping Only: We currently offer Standard Shipping (no expedited or express options).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing.
- Exceptions: Holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.
- Delivery Window Guarantee: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: All orders to eligible addresses within the continental USA qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
- Product Pricing: All prices are given in USD ($). product prices on our website are Excluding VAT (Sales TAX). Discount, Shipping and total cost will be shown at checkout.
- No Hidden Fees: Prices shown at checkout are final.
5. Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
- Supplier Network: All products are fulfilled through Printify partner suppliers.
- Multiple Origins: Orders may ship from different US-based suppliers depending on stock and location.
- Separate Shipments: Multi-item orders may be shipped in multiple packages and could arrive separately.
6. Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered production or shipping.
- Change Requests: If you need to change an order (product, size, or quantity), please contact us immediately at support@ecomerchllc.com Once production or shipping begins, modifications cannot be made.
7. Address Changes
- Before Shipping: Customers may request a change of shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After Shipping: We cannot redirect or re-route packages once they have been dispatched. Incorrect addresses may result in non-delivery.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
8. Delivery Delays
- Possible Causes: Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or supply chain issues may extend delivery times.
- Notification: If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email at support@ecomerchllc.com as soon as possible.
- No Liability: EcoMerch LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control but will work with carriers to resolve issues.
9. Lost or Missing Deliveries
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after shipment, please contact us.
- Carrier Investigations: We will assist in filing a claim and tracking the lost shipment.
- Incorrect Address: EcoMerch LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
10. Damaged or Defective Deliveries
- Inspection Upon Arrival: Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.
- Reporting Damage: If items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
- Replacement: Depending on the situation, a replacement product or store credit will be offered.
11. Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking Numbers: Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
- Tracking Updates: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking data to update.

12. International Shipping
- Not Available: At this time, EcoMerch LLC ships within the continental United States only.
- Future Updates: International shipping may be added later, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
13. Failed Delivery & Return to Sender
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer.
- Reshipment Fees: Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
- Unclaimed Orders: If the customer does not respond within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus handling costs.
